3 year warranty, that's right !

It is a limited warranty, but the best in the industry, and gives you a peace of mind.

Of course this warranty does not cover abuse and mishandling. Knives and saw blades are not covered either.

Eight hours per working day, for three years, yes - we are that confident in our products. If something should go wrong, it will be fixed.

Oswald Wood Working Machines, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship. Under normal use (8 hours, 240 working days per year) and operating conditions for the following period:

Standard 3 year warranty on new Oswald equipment.

Standard 1 year warranty for new Oswald conveyors and automatic feeding units.

3 months for used Oswald equipment

3 months for all Oswald manufactured replacement parts

A lesser period if stated on the equipment/parts, order or invoice; subject to the conditions and excluded stated below.

The Oswald warranty only applies if the equipment was purchased directly from Oswald or from a Oswald authorized dealer.

No representative, agent, or dealer of Oswald or any other person is authorized to modify, expand, or extend this warranty in any manner, or make any representation on Oswald's behalf in connection with the sale of any item covered by this warranty.

This warranty shall not apply to :

Equipment / Parts or products which have been subject to misuse, neglect, modifications, alternation, accident, or lack of normal maintenance or service. Replacement of routine maintenance items and wear parts, such as knives, anvils, screens, belts, bearings etc. fire damages.

Components manufactured by others that are warranted by the manufacturer thereof, including engines, engine components.

The exclusive remedy of the purchaser in the event the product does not conform to this warranty shall be repair or replacement of the product at the option of Oswald, without charge to the purchaser, if the product was returned to Oswald or at such other location as may be designated in writing by Oswald.

It is the option from Oswald to make repairs at the customers facility. In this case the equipment must be accessible. Oswald is not responsible for the costs of transport or related charges in connection with the return of any product to Oswald under this warranty. Oswald shall have sole discretion to determine whether and to what extend the product is defective in materials or workmanship. The acceptance by Oswald of any other product returned is not an admission that the product is defective and if Oswald determines the product is not covered by this warranty the product shall be returned to the purchaser at the purchaser expense.

Oswald shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages (directly or by subrogation) including but not limited to any claims for fire damage, lost profits, down time, or loss of use, in the event the product is defective or does not comply with any warranty.

Oswald shall be under no warranty obligation unless a warranty validation report is completed and returned to Oswald Wood Working Machines, Inc., Sales & Marketing Office, 1065 Timber Drive, Walsenburg, CO 81089 USA.

Properly dated and signed by the purchaser within 30 days of delivery of the equipment.

This warranty is lieu of all other warranties express or implied. Oswald makes no other warranties as to the product, and in particular, makes no implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for particular purpose, which are expressly disclaimed.
