Profiling Machines
With our Profiling Machines you can produce almost any profile you want. Each profile requires specific milling tools and discharge rollers. You can produce profiled logs or trim with a superior smooth finish and the highest possible output. |

Profiling machines are available with one or two profiling units (each unit consists of two milling heads), or as a combination with one profiling unit and a splitting saw. |

Almost every profile requires specific milling tools and specific discharge rollers. Some of the required tools for really fancy profiles can get quite expensive. A combination of the profiling machine and the splitting saw gives you the opportunity to produce different profiles of the same log at the same time. This is very economical if you want to produce D-shape logs, because you also get a half round siding board. If necessary, the installation of several saw blades is possible. |

Which products or materials can be produced with a profiling machine ? In order to get good results, you have to run your logs thru a rounding machine before you can run them thru the profiling machine.
